Business Interviews

These interviews are conducted at no charge, unless otherwise specified in advance. The dates are provided on first-come-first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline requests without explanation. By conducting these interviews you are enrolled in our marketing database from you can opt out any time.

Billing

Invoices must be paid by due date. Accounts with unpaid invoices are subject to immediate suspension without notice. Repetitive instances of non or late payment are subject to account termination without notice. Resumption of service is subject to Brand Maximum’s discretion and may require specific payment terms.

Passwords

In the event that we no longer serve your business it is your responsibility to secure your passwords and other intellectual property. Upon termination of an account we are no longer liable to contact you to forward notices, information and any communication to your account.

Information Obligation

If you discontinue our services you must collect your intellectual property from us within 10 business days. Requests for intellectual property will not be entertained after 10 business days.

HelpDesk

Support requests must be sent via email. Support requests not submitted via helpdesk@brandmaximum.com cannot be contested.
